Compaction simulators are very versatile single punch tablet presses that can be used for the production of small technical, clinical or commercial batches. With a quick recipe setup and reduced cleaning, these machines are suitable for the production of batches up to 10 kg. Producing homogenous tablet batches requires a fine weight regulation and systematic rejection of tablets out of tolerances. New or existing STYL'One Evo Compaction Simulators can be featured with a two-channel discharge chute for good/bad tablet sorting.
