In-house Training Program - STYL'One Nano
This 1.5-day program, conducted at MEDELPHARM Science Lab, incorporates classroom concepts, hands-on instruction, and interactive workshops to provide a comprehensive overview of the extensive capability of the STYL’One Nano Compaction Simulator.
The small class size, limited to just four (4) participants, ensures maximum hands-on exposure in an interactive setting.
With a focus on USP 1062 and material sparing methodologies to streamline material characterization and product development, the course will provide meaningful insights to both experienced and novice users of the STYL’One Nano technology.

Fundamentals of Tablet Compression including key process paramaters - Role of Excipients - General Machine Operation - Instrumentation - External Lubrication - Material Sparing Methodology - Streamlined Material Characterization - Single-Layer Tablet Formulation - Compression Analysis - Radial Die Wall Pressure - Elastic Recovery, Energies and Heckel Analysis - USP 1062: Compactibility, Ejection Stress, Compressibility, and Tabletability - Strain Rate Sensitivity (SRS)
