KORSCH to introduce advanced X 5 tablet press at INTERPHEX

KORSCH America, the U.S. subsidiary of KORSCH AG, will unveil its latest tablet press, the X 5, at INTERPHEX in New York City.

This innovative single-sided rotary press offers increased output with turret segment capability, exceeding the performance of its flagship XL 400. The X 5 comes in two versions, offering single-layer or flexible multi-layer capabilities, sharing common turret and interchangeable parts for efficiency. It features integrated electrical cabinet, torque drive, and options for containment configurations. The exchangeable turret technology allows fast transition between products and precision tablet weight control. Pharma 4.0 ready, the X 5 offers smart metrics-monitoring features for process optimization. The control system allows easy integration with central networks, offering enhanced management capabilities.
