Expert in physics and mechanics, highly regarded authority in the field of galenics: Dr Vincent Mazel has been working on pharmaceutical powders and their processing steps since 2008 first at Paris-Sud university and now at I2M, the Institut de Mécanique et d‘Ingénierie in Bordeaux (France). One aspect is central for his research: „I am interested in tablet properties, their mechanical resistance and the reasons for defects such as capping and lamination.“
