Ejection force, tamping force and compression force for minitablets can be very low and are critical process parameters to evaluate during tablet formulation development. Non-optimized ejection force, tamping force and compression force can lead to tablet defects such as delamination, capping or lamination as well as more challenging weight regulation in production. New or existing STYL'One Evo Compaction Simulators can be featured with a dual scale option to increase the resolution of low force measurements and secure tablet formulation development and scale up.
