The entry of powder in the compression zone of a compaction simulator is a critical steps during which operators are at maximum exposure. Same risks occur during the exit of materials such as powder samples, tablets, contaminated toolings, feeders or cleaning supplies. New or existing STYL'One Evo & Nano DryCon® and WipCon® compaction simulators can be featured with one or several rapid transfer ports (RTP) to ensure safe handling during entry and/or exit of material.
