KORSCH bringing to PMEC India tabletting solutions from R&D to high-speed production
KORSCH Highlights Innovation at PMEC India 2024
Berlin-based tablet compression leader KORSCH AG will showcase its cutting-edge technologies at PMEC India 2024, held at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, under the Your Process in Mind banner. KORSCH will exhibit alongside MEDELPHARM and strategic partner L.B. Bohle, presenting a comprehensive suite of solutions for oral solid dosage (OSD) manufacturing, from research and formulation to powder processing and tablet compression.
XT 600 High-Speed Tablet Press
At the center of KORSCH's display is the XT 600 High-Speed Double-Rotary Press, a global benchmark for high-volume tablet production. Capable of producing over one million single-layer tablets per hour, the XT 600 offers:
- 100 kN pre- and main-compression capacity
- Press speeds up to 100 RPM
- Enhanced output with an optional segmented die table supporting up to 85 punch stations
The XT 600 also features advanced bi-layer production capabilities with streamlined turret exchange and a bi-layer conversion kit, ensuring exceptional flexibility for single and bi-layer tablet manufacturing. Recent updates improve efficiency with innovative feeder designs, rugged compression columns, and a carrier plate system that minimizes noise and vibration.
STYL'One Evo Compaction Simulator
MEDELPHARM will feature its versatile STYL’One Evo compaction simulator, integrated with advanced analytical software. This simulator streamlines R&D and scale-up processes, offering multi-layer tablet capabilities for accelerated development.
