The aim of this study was to assess how varying the mixing conditions of Magnesium stearate (MgSt) affects the compaction behavior and disintegration time of diverse formulations based on mannitol. Textured mannitol compacts produced on a press simulator (STYLCAM 200R) were employed for the characterization of mannitol in this investigation.
