Compression analysis plays a critical role in evaluating materials and optimizing processes in pharmaceutical tablet manufacturing. While previous studies have examined how various process parameters — such as compression speed and tablet geometry — influence tabletability, the effect of material quantity has remained largely unexplored. This study addresses that gap by investigating how different amounts of compressed material, alongside two distinct tablet diameters, affect key tablet properties. The findings reveal that the influence of material quantity on tabletability and compactability is highly dependent on the material itself. These insights offer a valuable foundation for refining formulation and scale-up strategies in tablet development.
