This thesis focuses on the development and characterization of simplified formulations that incorporate elevated proportions of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API). Various APIs are utilized and processed through twin-screw granulation, followed by tableting, and are examined for various critical quality attributes. Additionally, the feeding processes and the twin-screw granulation process are thoroughly analyzed and described.
